Cortney has been part of the Active Health Chiropractic and Wellness Centre team since August of 2020.
She graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in June of 2020.
Cortney applies multiple modalities to support her clients in achieving their massage goals including myofascial release and cupping, thermotherapeutic Jade Stone massage, GRASTON Technique, and RAPID Neurofascial Reset.
In 2023 and 2024, Cortney travelled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to attend the International Training Massage School where she studied traditional Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage, Thai Table Massage, and Thai Foot Reflexology Massage. She currently offers Thai Table Massage monthly; while Thai Foot Reflexology Massage has become part of her daily practice.
Cortney continues to develop her skills with a keen interest in providing clients with a positive and effective Massage experience.
